The antibiotic
fiber raw materials produced by the Changtai Nanometer Material
Company Ltd of Jiangsu can be put in the melting spinning process
and made into antibiotic fiber and spun silk of polypropylene
silk, polyester fiber, polyamide silk. The final fiber contains
effective antibiotic contents above 0.8% with good quality of
lasting antibiotic and smell purifying nature, and powerful
sterilizing capacity of destroying germs, whose sterilizing
rate being above 99%. The textile products have obvious therapy
effect to bad feet smell, skin and womenis diseases. The inorganic
powder is well mixed with fiber basic materials with tight quality,
non-soaking in washing, lasting sterilizing effect, safety to
human body and the capacity of holding water and heat protection.
When blending with other fibers, its contents should be above
50%. The products made of this raw materials are checked and
examined by Guangdong Microorganism Testing Center with the
antibiotic rate of 99.15% and 99.99%. |
